The apartments are situated in a newly restored building close to the main villa, encircled by a spacious terrace in travertine stone. On the ground floor are three smaller apartments and on the first floor one large penthouse apartment. Each apartment has its own private entrance and a lovely sunny terrace.

The three ground floor apartments are about 40 m2 each with space for 2-4 persons. The apartments are divided into a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and kitchen/living room with sofa bed (for 1 adult or 2 children).

The penthouse apartment on the first floor is about 90 m2 and has room for up to 6-8 persons. The apartment is divided into two double bedrooms and a large kitchen/living room (with sofa beds for 2 adults or 4 children) and a spacious bathroom with shower.

All the apartments are equipped with air conditioning, internet, stove/oven, refrigerator, safebox and have access to a washing machine.

The apartments are rented out on a weekly basis from Sunday to Sunday. It's possible to reserve weekends and short stays, according to availability.
Guests staying in the apartments are of course welcome to use Casa Selva's material on the local area and we are happy to help with any questions or arrangements you might need.
