Casa Selva is a modern 500 sq. mtr. villa situated in the middle of almost 6 acres of land. The house has many terraces, among them a panoramic roof deck at the top floor of the house where you can sunbathe while enjoying the spectacular view.

On the first floor of the house you'll find Casa Selva's guest rooms, all with air conditioning, a private bath and terrace or balcony. A small two bedrooms apartment, with bathroom and private entrance, is located on the ground floor.

In the morning breakfast is served on the eastern facing terrace. The spread includes fresh fruits from our fruit orchard, homemade jams, and other Abruzzo specialities. In the large rooms on the ground level you can relax, access the internet via wi-fi, and plan the day using Casa Selva's materials about Abruzzo. We'll be happy to help you find any information you might need. The ground floor also has a small library and TV room with a large fireplace; there you can borrow a good book or relax by watching a movie if the weather (once in a blue moon) is uninviting.

Throughout the entire house you can enjoy beautiful art work by photographer and graphic designer Annika Øyrabø Jacobsen - all motifs are from Casa Selva's grounds.
