Traditional Cuisine Workshops
In order to organize a workshop we need a minimum of
5 participants. Based on your eno-gastronomic knowledge,
it's possible to organize one to one sessions. Children
and teenagers are welcome, they'll be involved in making
pizza, bread, biscuits etc.
The Festive Cuisine
The course
objective consists in the preparation of some special
traditional dishes usually made around Easter and Christmas
in the Teramo province, like
· Scrippelle Mbusse - Layers of very thin
crepes rolled with the very best of regional grated
pecorino cheese dipped into chicken broth.
· Timballo Teramano - Typical local lasagne,
made with paper thin pancakes instead of the traditional
pasta, and filled with all kinds of delicious ingredients.
· Mazzarelle - a famous and unique delicacy:
parts of the lamb's intestine rolled and cooked with
vegetables and aromatic herbs.
· Agnello Cacio & Ove - regional mountain
lamb cooked in a sauce made with grated cheese, eggs
and lemon juice.
Full Course:
3 Sessions from 4pm. until 9pm. -Total fee €150.00
